      Hello All,
First, I would like to post some quotes from the Shariyat
      Book 1&2 and from Klemp.

"When the chela's spiritual eyes are open he begins to see
that the vast majority of works labeled by social forces,
such as POETRY, ART, and MUSIC, have been created by
the MIND and ARE THE KAL WORKS OF THE ASTRAL PLANE,
NOT OF THE TRUE SPIRITUAL WORLDS." [CH. 1, PG. 34 of
The Shariyat-Ki-Sugmad Books 1&2, (MY CAPS)]

Therefore, RUMI's works (poetry) are of the 'MIND' and fall
under the 'KAL works of the Astral Plane.' [Rumi was only
a "follower of ECK," according to HK in his ECKANKAR LexiCon].

HK: "WRITTEN WORDS DERIVE from a place NO HIGHER THAN
THE MENTAL PLANE, because THAT IS THE SOURCE OF THE
ALPHABET, SYMBOLS, AND THOUGHT. The Essence of God, the
ECK, has at that point just made Its incursion into the realm of
NEGATIVITY from the indescribable worlds of God above." [ASK
the MASTER (question #1), The Mystic World, December 2006,
      (MY CAPS)]

Klemp is saying that Words, Thoughts, Symbols, and the Alphabet
'are NO HIGHER THAN the MENTAL PLANE,' and the SHARIYAT (the
HOLY BOOK of ECKANKAR) is saying that MUSIC, POETRY, and ART
are Mental creations and are the KAL WORKS of the ASTRAL PLANE!

HK's A COSMIC SEA OF WORDS: THE ECKANKAR LEXICON was
copyrighted in 1998. Large portions of this book were previously
published in Twitchell's ECKANKAR Dictionary 1973, 1989. The
LexiCon was compiled by Anthony Moore (under HK's direction and
approval) and edited by Joan Klemp and Mary Carroll Moore.

      FOREWORD (excerpts):
"Karma and reincarnation are thus primary beliefs in ECK. Your
goal in this lifetime should be spiritual freedom. AFTER THAT, you
become a Co-worker with God, both here and in the next world."

[ME] Since when were Karma and Reincarnation the Primary Beliefs
in ECK? On the other hand, How is it that "Spiritual Freedom" is
achieved BRFORE becoming a Co-worker with God?

Here's what I thought were the "Primary Beliefs/Goals" of ECKANKAR
      were for seekers-

"All human hopes and efforts center about three things:

      (a) Self-realization
      (b) God-realization
      (c) Entering the Kindom of Heaven, either in this life or the next."

BTW- the above quote is from page xxx of The Path of the Masters.

      MORE LEXIcon Foreword:

"Key to the ECK teachings is the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master.
He indeed ACTS as both Outer and Inner Master for ECK students.
      The prophet of ECKANKAR..."

Perhaps, SPIRIT allowed the real Truth to sneak through the PR.
Instead, of saying the LEM/Mahanta "indeed IS both" they have said
that he "indeed ACTS as both!" As I've stated before, Twitch and Klemp
were/are conmen and actors. They were/are Pretenders! Actually,
it's a little unfair to Twitchell by placing him along side of Klemp,
since PT was at least a sociable, likeable and fun loving crook!

The PR about HK's teachings and role: "... he teaches the ins and outs
of the spiritual life. His teachings lift people and help them recognize
and understand their own experiences in the Light and Sound of God."

I really don't see what Klemp has contributed with his stories or by
printing those of others. After a certain point and years upon years
of study and practise one should be able to lift yourself up and
understand your own experiences. When this occurs you no longer
need a Master... you are your own Master!

Here's an interesting disclaimer on page vi and ends the Foreword:

"A Cosmic Sea of Words: The ECKANKAR LexiCon was researched
and compiled from the [plagiarized] works of ECKANKAR. Pronounciations
and meanings are [distorted or] given [made-up] as used in ECKANKAR
and are NOT to be confused with pronounciations and meanings
[involving truth, or] of other teachings [Radhasoami] and languages,"
especially, when Twitchell adds or deletes letters to words and names
in order to hide and disguise his [now Klemp's] misdeeds.
