JLA: Deck the Halls '86 (overview)
- As promised, here's this year's JLA issue that
deals with the holidays. Naturally, it's set a few days
before Christmas in 1986.

FYI: Check out the
Comic Book Covers photo album, page 2. I put a cover up
for this one there.

Enjoy.

Martin
- BTW, if we ever do a Secret Origin story for the Supergirl of the future, it is worth noting that in her Louise-L identity, Supergirl wears a short black wig, while her friend Lydia-T has shoulder-length blonde hair and looks identical to Lena Thorul. It seemed evident to me that Louise-L could easily have been a false identity, since she obviously wasn't born as a brunette. This begs the question -- what is the birth-name of Louise-L/Lydia-7, and what became of her parents? And is her birth-name a Kryptonian or Rokynian name?

> "There is nothing left for me in my own time, thanks to the Crisis," she replied solemnly. "The floating cities of Hattan are no more, and my oldest friend Lydia-T is dead. In her memory, I have abandoned my old Louise-L identity which was merely a false name, much like your Supergirl's identity of Linda Lee Danvers and have adopted the new name of Lydia-7."
