Gil, I used some Wicks 3/4 tube that I assume is Chinese. It looks like it is protected with used diesel crankcase oil. I had to use a bore brush and

Wicks aircraft sells both Chinese and American/German 4130 steel. Has anyone used the Chinese stuff, is it any good?

Hi all, The covair engine is a lot more machine work and coast more to convert and is not any more power and the carburators have not been developed I flew

I had the engine and had no plans for it.  I reasoned if six cylinders was 110 HP two cylinders must put out around 36.6 HP.  I had considered using a 40 HP
