      Yup... it is the same as the Heavy.

      As to weekend practices... Kingston, Ottawa, Peterborough... There
      nothing else I know of.... although what lies beyond Kitchener-Waterloo
      is beyond my knowledge. But, it also may be beyond your schedule. =)
