      减肥五个黄金时间
        1、睡眠前:让脖颈挺拔些 每天睡前15分钟练习脖颈运动:头颈自 然放松,使下巴向肩部方向慢慢转动,当转 到肩部时停留几秒钟,然后还原。 左右重复20次。当脖颈有微汗的感觉时 即可。
        2、起床时:让胳膊更长一点 每天早上,人体上肢活动功能柔韧度和 伸展度最好,建议你每 天清晨伸个大大、长 长的懒腰。 注意拉伸时动作一定要慢,当你拉到肌 肉稍有酸胀感时就停止,动作保持15-30 秒。 不要前后摆动,这是你的肌肉已 接近最 大长度,动作惯性太大会造成损伤。 在你保持拉伸时,别忘记用呼吸放松。
        3、月经期间:让毒素少一些 新加坡医学专家发现,女性从月经第3 天开始,体内会分泌一 种比细胞单位更小的 蛋白质——酵素。 这种酵素能分解体内毒素,让血液由酸 性向弱碱性转变,帮身体有效排毒,让身体 苗条,皮肤润滑。 此外,经期适 量饮水对身体排毒有很大 帮助,因此生理期每天喝1000毫升水十分 必要。
        5、午饭后:让腰部变细些 正确的走姿是拉长腰部的关键。在走路 时,你要注意以下要点:一要上体笔直,下 巴前伸,高抬头,感觉头顶有根绳吊着,两 肩向后舒展,这样脊椎骨才显得挺拔有力。
        6、运动后:让双腿变长些 对成年人来说,在中等强度的有氧运动 后,腿会比平时长一点,这是因为运动使气血运行通畅的缘故。 此时如果能敲打大腿内侧,可以帮你舒 缓气血、拉伸肌肉长度。

      小孩子们在He Quan等教练的率领下,开展他们的足球运动已历5年,也该轮到他们的父母活动一下筋骨的时候了。
       
      因此,本人建议搞一个定期的周末长跑活动。原则上是自愿参加,长短由人。不规定跑多快,也不规定跑多久。
       
      地点: Chaboya Middle School 操场 3276 Fowler Road  San Jose, CA 95135
       
      时间: 每个周日的早7~8点。
       
      从下个周日开始,我本人将在这一时段在操场上跑圈,欢迎大家随时加入。注意要随身携带一瓶饮水。
       
      如果有任何问题需要联络与我,电话是:408-425-8251,或者届时到操场直接找我也成,我的着装是一件红色的阿迪达斯短袖衫和灰色耐克短裤。
