      issue of Model Engine Builder magazine will have an article on making
      skew gears in the lathe. There will be pictures of the machining
      process and detail drawings of the fixtures to machine them as a
      supplement. The dimensions of the two fixtures are very close to
      your requirements, the ones in the magazine are dimensioned for .5625"
      centre distance. The whole article will be based on making the
      camshaft drive gears for Edgar Westbury's road roller engine, 2:1
      ratio 9/16" centres.
