      Good evening. I am sending this mailing to clarify a few things and to beg a boon.
      Firstly, clarification:
      1) Parking passes - The parking fee has climbed from $1 to $5 this year. I have some parking passes and will be glad to give them out when you enter camp. If you think you will need one, please email me so I can get a rough count and, if needed, ask the park for some more.

      2) Fires - No fires are allowed on site but we are allowed to use the parks charcoal grills located just outside our encampment. Propane stoves are fine. In leiu of a campfire we can perhaps set up a tent and sit around a lantern and tell stories, sing songs, etc.

      3) Camping - the camp will have a primary ring of period tents and a secondary ring of mundane tents so the camper can suit themselves as far as accomodation BUT period tents are encouraged. Honestly, we can use as much canvas as you can bring!

      4) Food!
      We ask that participants bring one gallon of water to contribute to the camp. We also ask that each participant contribute something to the dayboard on Saturday and Sunday.
      Hartshorndale will handle breakfast on Sunday (Most likely eggs and French toast)

      Now cometh the boon:
      We still need a cook for Saturday's evening meal. The Shire will reimburse the cook for his or her ingredients and I will personally reimburse them with good beer. I know our region is famed for it's cooks so please email me if interested.
