      Kingdom Crusades Bardic Challenge reminder!

      Time: Around 9:00 Saturday night

      Location: In the Barn

What to Bring: Your favorite bard, or three.

An overview of the competition: There will be two teams, The East vs
      Atlantia

Each team will have a captain who is in charge of issuing challenges and
selecting from amongst their team to best fulfill the challenge.

If the opposing team cannot meet the challenge, a point is awarded to the
      challenging team.

Example: The Eastern team puts forward a rousing war song, if the
Atlantian team cannot put forward an equally rousing war song, then the
point will go to the East. If Atlantia does put forward an equally
rousing war song, then the challenge is met and no points are awarded.

Dueling Duets, Battling Balladeers, Violin Violence, Parrying Poets!

The number and variety of performers that each side brings to the
challenge will be the key to success. The lack of a juggler, harpist or a
vocal trio could be the downfall of the team!

Finally, this is all for fun! Come out and participate or just support
your team, it is sure to be an evening of excellent bardic performance.

Please distribute this message as widely as possible, to other lists and
      individuals as appropriate.

Now all you joyful pilgrims, who once a year are found
upon the shore of Cooper's Lake, that well-beloved ground,
pass on the words that welcome you, in early times or late,
and greet the weary traveller who enters through the gate:
        Welcome home.

for the evening if another bard is needed.
