If you find yourself in the Southern Region this weekend, perhaps you
might want to come dancing. :-D

On Saturday, the 27th of October, the Canton of Black Icorndall
invites one and all to join us for the afternoon and evening, to dance
and socialise at the Stranger's Ball, a "come as you aren't"
masquerade. Dress in a style you wouldn't normally or something
frivolous and fine and fancy. Come masked or made up. Amuse your
friends as you become a stranger.

Dances will be taught in the afternoon by Lord Georg Koopman. Requests
for specific dances may be sent to Lord Georg at
georgetolton@.... The evening's dance music will be provided by
      the ever-popular Bhakail Branslers.

There will be a light sideboard and dessert board prepared by Mistress
      Juliana von Altenfeld.

The event will be held at the Media Youth Center, 1 Youth Way, Media,
PA 19063. The site opens at 2pm and closes at 8pm. Site fees are $10
for adults, children 6 to 17 are $5, and babes under 6 are free. Make
checks payable to "SCA Inc., Canton of Black Icorndall". Merchants
are most welcome and there is no additional cost besides the site fee.
Please contact the deputy event steward for more information.

If you have any questions, you can reach the event steward, Lady Ysmay
de Lynn, at KLynn330@... or the deputy event steward, Baron
Rowen Cloteworthy, at HandyMonkey@... or by calling 609-634-3230
      before 10pm.
