THIS IS A DRILL MESSAGE
Be advised that several additional developing weather related situations, additional that is to the current rain that has now impacted the greater NJ and other areas, including a Flood Advisory (see below for the actual issued Bulletin by NWS Mt Holly) that was issued this morning for areas to the South of the NNJ Section, for points within the SNJ Section, could result in not only an impact on our Section, but could also develop into an ARESMAT type request for assistance outside of our local area.
The new DRILL situations developing now are that winds, possibly of a moderate to even somewhat high nature could accompany the next round of expected DRILL weather conditions later this week, and perhaps of even more concern, is that along with the winds, possible rapidly falling temperatures, perhaps near or even below freezing, are now being noted as possible with the DRILL into the middle as well as possibly continuing into the weekend of this coming DRILL week. Precautions related to protecting your antennas, external feedlines, mounting devices, etc as well as precautions for any related power outages, etc that could develop due to impacts of the possibility expected DRILL wind and even ice, should begin to be considered if this DRILL situation future develops along these lines. All are requested to Stay Tuned for later DRILL updates, etc, either from ARES Leadership, the NWS or from local reliable media sources.
