Travel the globe this summer as the Elko County Library presents “One World, Many Stories” during their annual summer reading program.  Children will explore the world through stories, crafts, music, and special programs.

The 2011 summer reading program will consist of 3 special groups: “Cuddly Koala Club” for babies 0 to 3, “Passport Club” for children 4 to 12, and “You Are Here Team” for teens 13 to 18.  Participants in each group will receive special reading logs, be able to participate in programs designed for their group, and will have the chance to earn incentive prizes and t-shirts.

Registration for all groups will begin Monday, May 16th.  So stop in at the library located at 720 Court Street or call 738-3066 to learn more.

The One World, Many Stories Summer Reading Program is sponsored by Barrick Gold of North America.
