Hey how far is Carson City? It would be neat to take the kids on a day
trip over there to show them, and ourselves - for us who have not take
the time to see it - the State Capitol. So I don't know if we could
do this because of distance, so let me know how far and if it is kind
of far, we could stay maybe one night and we could ride share also to
help with expenses. So let me know what you guys think?

And I also wanted to thank the stinenger family for their time and
effort for the horse palace day we had with them we all really enjoyed
it very much, and Faith, of course really enjoyed playing with the
      girls too. Thanks.

Carson City is about 340 miles away.  It should take around 41/2 to 5 hrs to get there.  There are museums there also. As well, it is close to Virginia City and Tahoe.  If we were to stay the night, I would want to go to see these places.  They are both a ton of fun.  (grew up in that area)  I would love to go up to Tahoe and maybe take the kids on one of the paddle boat rides.  There is also a Victorian Castle on the south side of the lake.  If anyone is interested in these events, I will research it and let everyone know the details. We would certainly want to wait until late April or May, since driving would be aweful.  There is also a place not too far from Carson City called Apple Hill that is awesome to visit in the fall.  Let me know---Tam
