I am CERTAIN that I will also be a retake candidate this year as I
anxiously await "D DAY" in November. I also "lurked" but did not
get as involved as I should have. However, I did go back and read
EVERY post for the last several years prior to taking the exam.

So, do you care to share what parts you will be retaking this year?
Did you get scores in November and just opt to wait until this year to
      redo?

This year I am the media specialist at my school and I am very excited
about my new job... but I am not excited about the thoughts of having
to "borrow" a class to redo any parts that need higher scores.

I am waiting my results, but like you, I am certain I will be a retake candidate.  I feel pretty good about entry 1(I spent most of my time there) and I am hoping to do well on entry 4 because it seemed the hardest for meand I would like to put it behing me.  I know that I will have to redo entry 2 and 3, in one of these the sound quality was so bad that you could only hear the students closest to the camera and in the other most of the interaction was directed to me not each other.  The time factor was the hardest thing for me and I am dreading starting again in Nov., but I am so hopeful that I might have done okay on one of them that I don't want to start redoing them yet.  Hope springs eternal!  If you are going to have to redo a video entry, maybe you should start trying to develop a relationship with a "borrowed" class, otherwise it might be stilted.
Maybe if we start posting, as scores come out this group will be active.  There is a yahool group (I think it is EC_GEN) that is so awesome for the childhood generalists.
I actually learned some things from going through their files.  It is worth checking out.  I would love for this group to offer that much help.
