The Planning Commission will be discussing traffic, noise, environmental, and other impacts that could result from the proposal to replace the Schilling Gardens with a 42-story residential tower at the corner of 19th Street & Alice, adjacent to Snow Park.

The high-rise would be the tallest buidling in Oakland and provide 370 units, a 993 square foot ground floor café, and five levels of below grade parking.

      Wed November 28th
      6:00 P.M.
City Hall (14th and Broadway), One Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, Hearing Room One.
