Reminder: TODAY Planning Commision Hearing - 42 Building In Our Neighborhood
The Planning Commission will be discussing traffic, noise, environmental, and other impacts that could result from the proposal to replace the Schilling Gardens with a 42-story residential tower at the corner of 19th Street & Alice, adjacent to Snow Park.
The high-rise would be the tallest buidling in Oakland and provide 370 units, a 993 square foot ground floor café, and five levels of below grade parking.
