i recall peter g commenting on how using the triangle as original source of other wave
forms has a strong influence on the 259's character. would it even matter in this regard
that the proposed expander's triangle is actually derived from a sine? guess what i'm
really wondering is does it even matter where the triangle comes from?

also, in general i prefer to have access to an instrument's limits (to the point it begins to
malfunction). seems that the 4 octave range would be better suited for enjoying this type
of behavior/abuse. as is often the case w modern instruments, i'm afraid much of the
magic may be lost to over-engineering.

Enter your vote today! A new poll has been created for the
        Doepfer_a100 group:

Would you buy a Doepfer A100 'Serge Voltage Controlled Slope' inspired module?
(this poll is ordered from Dieter himself! the module will be manufactured with the official license from the copyright owners of the Serge module.
because of the license fee, the module's price will be a bit higher than standard A100 modules.)

        o Yes!
        o maybe...
        o No.
