    From the theory it should work if you swap the cables leading to the end terminals of each potentiometer (the center cable remains unchanged). The jumpers are

      From the theory it should work if you swap the cables leading to the end
      terminals of each potentiometer (the center cable remains unchanged). The
      jumpers are used to install/remove a voltage plateau around in the center
      position (installed = no plateau).
