Hi all, pardon my spelling. In my never ending serch for info.I cae across a fact, that may be of interest to thoughs of you that can't find Beano. As most of you know, Papayas can quickly tenderise a piece of raw meat or if left on it to long it will reduce it to mush. This is beacuse it is packed with enzymes. It can also, you guess it break down starch. Two of the enzymes that it has is Amylase and Mylase both break down starch. There is a Duetary supliment called Super Papaya Enzyme that has these enzymes and other ones in it along with vitamins and minerals that yeast love. So for those of you that can't get Beano you might want to give this a try. Cheers. George W.
