      Bravo to the lawmakers. You can see how serious they are by this snippet of the proposed legislation:

      "Bar opening times will be restricted to 8am to 4am,"

      (That's 20 hours folks)

      "although casinos won't be affected, and off licence liquor sales outlets will be restricted to opening hours of 7am to 11pm."

      (A mere 16 hours)."
