re-hydration of dry culture yeast----place the amount of yeast required in warm water x 10 x volume/weight at no more than 10 degrees C above the intended temp.
of the wort stir in let stand for at least 15 mins.then pitch----fast starts beat bugs.
sick of fermenting fruits/berries etc. ??????????----try running the feedstock thru a juice extractor, soak juice and pulp in ethanol ,equal proportion at 26%
or so for a week then run it thru a non reflux still.
