      SPECIAL VODKA RECIPES
      1)
      12l of fruit or berry mash (1 part water to 5 parts fruit or berries)
      700ml wine
      50g yeast
      Ferment and distil.
      2)
      20l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      3l milk
      1.5kg rye bread
      6l wine
      2.5kg raisins
      800g sugar (?)
      Macerate and distil 12l.
      3)
      20l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      3l milk
      3l spring water
      3.3kg rye bread
      3l white wine
      1.2kg raisins
      400g sugar
      Macerate rye bread, milk, spring water and distil. Add white wine,
      raisins, sugar and allow to infuse.
      4)
      800g raisins
      12l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      Macerate and distil.
      5)
      12l white wine
      650g yeast(?)
      Macerate and distil.
      6)
      Stage 1 -
      200g crushed rice
      400g raisins
      400ml water
      200g beer yeast
      sugar (1.5kg)
      12l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      Ferment, add neutral alcohol, 6l water and distil 9l.
      Stage 2 -
      200ml neutral alcohol (70%abv)
      3-4 tsp. vanilla
      2 drops rose essential oil
      Make a tincture and add to Stage 1 distillate.
      Stage 3 -
      600g oak chips
      5g tormentil root
      Age Stage 2 flavored distilate.

      2.5kg crushed and roasted (browned) rice
      25g saffron
      60l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      caramel syrup
      Macerate and distil 45l. Color with caramel syrup.
      8)
      peel from 2 citrons (Citrus medica)
      2l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      400ml water
      sugar syrup (2.2kg sugar & 2.2l water)
      Macerate, add water and distil. Add sugar syrup.
      As an alternative add 68 drops citron essential oil to neutral alcohol
      and sugar syrup.
      9)
      'Parfait amour'
      Add a desired food coloring to recipe 8).
