      LEMON VODKA RECIPES
      1)
      5 parts neutral alcohol (1 litre of 55%abv)
      1 part lemon peel (200ml by vol.)
      2.5 parts water (500ml)
      lemon zest from 3 lemons
      sugar(200g/litre)
      Macerate peel for 3 weeks, add water and distil. Infuse lemon zest for
      1-2 weeks in distillate. Add sugar.

      400g lemon peel
      400g sweet violets (Viola odorata)
      12l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      Macerate for 1 week and distil.
      3)
      zest from 30 lemons
      peel from 4 bitter oranges
      2 tbsp. coriander
      4 cloves
      5l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      3.5l water
      sugar syrup
      Macerate for 4 weeks, add water and distil. Add sugar syrup to taste.
      4)
      1.2kg lemon peel
      12l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      60g salt
      sugar syrup
      Macerate for 3 days and distil. Add sugar syrup.

      peel from 50 lemons
      12l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      4kg sugar
      Macerate for 4 weeks and distil. Add sugar. Strain.

      400g lemon peel
      100g bitter orange peel
      25g sweet flag (Acorus calamus)
      12g salt
      12g fennel seed
      6g ginger
      6g white cinnamon (Canella alba)
      6g aniseed
      4l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      sugar syrup (400g sugar & 1.5l water)
      Macerate crushed botanicals for 4 weeks and distil. Add sugar syrup.

      800g lemon peel (dried)
      20g cream of tartar
      12l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      sugar syrup
      Macerate for 2 weeks and distil. Add sugar syrup to taste. Strain.
      8)
      100g lemon peel
      20g bitter orange peel
      12g orange blossoms
      12g fennel
      12g caraway
      8g cloves
      8g cinnamon
      8g star anise
      8g orris root
      8g cream of tartar
      3.5l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      sugar syrup (100g sugar & 1.2l water)
      Macerate crushed botanicals for 1 week and distil. Add sugar syrup.
