      MINT VODKA RECIPES
      1)
      4 handfuls (8 tbsp.) mint
      1 handful (2 tbsp.) blackcurrant leaves (Ribes nigrum)
      3l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      sugar syrup (1.2kg sugar & 0.6l water)
      Macerate mint leaves for 3 days and distil. Infuse the blackcurrant
      leaves to obtain a green color. Add sugar syrup. Strain.
      2)
      200g mint
      25g wormwood
      15g rosemary
      25g sage
      15g cardamom
      10g cloves
      12l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      sugar syrup
      Macerate for 3 days and distil. Add sugar syrup to taste.
      3)
      800g mint
      1.2kg honey
      60g salt
      12l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      Macerate for 3 days and distil. Strain.
      4)
      200g mint
      25g wormwood
      25g sage
      25g aniseed
      12g rosemary
      10g cloves
      10g cinnamon
      10g cardamom
      12l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      Macerate crushed botanicals for 1 week and distil. Strain.

      400g mint
      50g wormwood
      50g aniseed
      35g rosemary
      20g cinnamon
      20g cardamom
      50g sage
      25l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      Macerate for 3 days and distil. Strain.
      6)
      4 handfuls (8 tbsp.) dry or fresh mint
      3l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      sugar syrup (200g sugar & 800ml water)
      1 handful (2 tbsp.) blackcurrant leaves
      Macerate mint and distil. Infuse the blackcurrant leaves to obtain a
      green color. Add sugar syrup. Strain.

      150g mint (Mentha viridis)
      40g pimento berries
      40g lemon peel
      40g wormwood root
      40g angelica root
      20g salt
      12g sandalwood
      12g camomile
      30l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      sugar syrup (1.2kg sugar & 5l water)
      Macerate for 2 weeks and distil. Add sugar syrup.

      800g mint (Mentha viridis)
      100g dry horseradish root
      50g cloves
      25g cinnamon
      25g wormwood
      25g lemon peel
      25g bitter orange peel
      25g salt
      20l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      sugar syrup (2kg sugar & 2l water)
      Macerate crushed botanicals for 1 week and distil. Add sugar syrup.
