      CITRUS VODKA RECIPES
      1)
      peel from 2 mandarins
      1l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      Macerate for 1 week and distil. Strain.
      2)
      6 tbsp. mandarin peel (dried)
      1l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      Macerate for 3 days and distil. Strain. Add sugar to taste.
      3)
      5 parts orange peel (5l)
      1 part neutral alcohol 55%abv (1l)
      zest from 3 oranges
      Macerate orange peel for 1 week add water (500ml) and distil. Infuse
      zest from 3 oranges in distillate for 1 week. Strain. Add sugar to taste.
      4)
      200g fresh orange peel
      2l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      2g citric acid
      yellow food coloring
      Macerate for 1 week and distil. Add sugar syrup to taste. Strain.
      5)
      30g cinnamon
      90g lemon peel
      90g cardamom
      8g rosemary
      10l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      sugar syrup (800g sugar & 1.2l water)
      gold leaf (3 leaves/l)
      Macerate crushed botanicals for 1 week and distil. Add sugar syrup.
      Add gold leaves if desired.

      50g bitter orange peel
      50g lemon peel (dried)
      50g rosemary
      50g sweet flag (Acorus calamus)
      50g cloves
      50g cinnamon
      25g red sandalwood
      2.5l neutral alcohol (55%abv)

      Macerate crushed botanicals and distil. Add sugar syrup to taste. Add
      gold leaves if desired.

      Macerate for 3 days and distil. Add sugar to taste.

      25g cream of tartar
      bitter orange essential oil
      (12l) neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      Macerate crushed botanicals and distil. Add bitter orange essential oil.

      1 nutmeg
      6l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      sugar syrup
      Macerate crushed botanicals and distil. Add sugar syrup to taste. Strain.

      25g lemon balm
      4.3g mace
      250ml orange blossom water
      250ml water
      2l neutral alcohol (55%abv)
      3 drops orange blossom essential oil
      sugar
      Macerate for 2 weeks and distil. Add orange water, orange blossom
      essential oil, water and sugar to taste. Strain.
