      then 100% of the time during attenuation bubble air ,,preferably from
      a beer home brewing diffuser into the base of the washback

      keep temp up around 28-32 C when activity ceases you will have gone
      forth and multiplied beyond your wildest dreams

      to store the harvest mix 50 / 50 with glycerin and throw it in the freezer

      if you can chill the contents of the washback before harvesting all
      the better

      shelf life in the freezer easily 12 months
