Ive Scorched cornmeal while cooking mash. I dont like the flavor or the smell. Corn is know as a Neutral Adjunct. This means it imparts little or no flavor

      Subject: [Distillers] Roast Cornmeal

Has anyone tried using roasted cornmeal in an uncooked sourmash wash
(eg. Uncle Jesse's simple sourmash or the one from Ian's book)?I have
10lbs of 'regular roast' cornmeal that I'd like to use up.
