      Ten Herbs/Erba 10

      Lemon - 6 leaves
      Melissa (lemon balm) - 5 leaves
      Mint - 10 leaves
      Bay leaves - 3 whole
      Camomile - pinch of blossoms
      Juniper - 6 berries
      Rosemary - good pinch
      Cloves - 6 whole
      Cinnamon stick - 12 mm piece
      Dandelion root - pinch
      Alcohol (95%bv) - 360 ml
      Sugar - 360 g
      Dry white vermouth - 360 ml

      Macerate all the ingredients except the sugar in a sealed glass jar
      for 15 days. Strain. Add sugar. Allow to stand for 5 more months.
      Strain again. Age for 3 months.
