      Tangerine (dry)/Mandotai Secco

      Tangerines/mandarins - 3 medium quartered
      Water - 300 ml
      Sugar - 120 g
      Cloves - 4 whole
      Cinnamon stick - pinch
      alcohol (95%bv) - 360 ml

      Place ingredients in a sealed glass jar and macerate for 5 months.
      Strain. Age for 6 months.
