- Liquori Casalinghi 75
Domestic rose (fragrant) - 40 petals
Sugar - 360 g
Water - 300 ml
Alcohol (95%bv) - 360 ml
Bruise rose petals and place with the alcohol in a sealed glass jar.
Macerate for 10 days. Make a sugar syrup and when cool add to jar.
Allow to stand for 1 week. Strain. Age for 2-4 months.
