      Raspberry (sweet)/Lampocchero

      Raspberries - 500 g
      Sugar - 480 g
      Lemon - peel 1/2 lemon
      Cherry (sour) - 10 leaves
      Alcohol (95%bv) 150 ml

      Place all the ingredients in a sealed glass jar and macerate for 2
      months in a warm spot. Then put in a cool spot for 3 more months. Strain.
