      Plum (wild)/Pruspino

      Tart plums (sloes) - 500 g
      Sugar - 300 g
      Alcohol (95%bv) - 480 ml
      Cloves - 5 whole
      Cinnamon stick - 12 mm piece

      Place the ingredients in a sealed glass jar and put in a warm spot for
      1 week until the sugar dissolves. Then put in a cool spot for another
      6 weeks. Strain. Age for 6 months.
