      Plum (sweet)/Prusole

      Plums (sweet) - 625 g
      Cloves - 3 whole
      Lemon verbena - 3 leaves
      Marsala wine - 240 ml
      Sugar - 600 g
      Alcohol (95%bv) - 480 ml

      Place whole plums, wine, sugar and 1/2 the alcohol in sealed glass jar
      and place in a warm spot for a few days until the sugar dissolves.
      Then add rest of ingredients and macerate in a cool spot for 8 weeks.
      Strain. Age for 4 months.
