Pete, thats because us Aussies are starting to produce our own essences.
Will you post this to the group for me again Pete, thanks.

Glen, I have 2 x 40oz bottles of each down at the moment, Scotch, Bourbon and Rum, under trial.
So far I have done all tests except taste and the following is my oppinion only.
BOURBON, COLOUR, Too red for me but after adding American                                                                Toasted Oak it darkens up.
SMELL, Does not give a genuine Bourbon smell.
TASTE,  Will post this next week after a taste test on                                                       the weekend.

      WHISKEY
                      COLOUR, good wiskey colour
SMELL, very low on smell but after oaking it livens up.
                      TASTE, again .after the weekend.
      RUM        COLOUR, spot on.
SMELL, gonna be hard to distinguish in a blind test.
TASTE, I'm gonna be pissed by this time so I'll have to rely on my                              rumbo mates for this one.
By all reports I have recieved on the RUM its the ducks guts in the Rum department but the WHISKEY and BOURBON are an individuals taste thing.

The first batch I put on my shelf went before lunch time the day they came in and I had to restock immediatly.
I am just waiting for my clients to start drifting back with their comments.
Great packaging with lables in the box for your bottles (3).
I sell it for $A9.25 but I have heard it being sold for a lot dearer.

Has anybody tried the new range of flavours in the samuel willards range? more specifically the Tennesse bourbon?
