      the old off flavours has raised it's head a fair bit recently,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,one very good reason for this is if you load up a stuck fermentation [wash],,,,,,,,,anything greater than 1:002 will/can cause caramelisation/adhesion/burn on,,,,,,more severe depending on surface area of element,,,,,,,that's why a sheath/enclosed tube is almost ideal system,,,,,,,perfect system is the floating still
