Yield depends on sugar, I'm told. Last time I fermented, stripped and
distilled 20kgs of sugar.
I expect at least a litre per kg of sugar.
I expected at least - 8.4 litres at 95% = 20 litres at 40% (28 700ml
bottles) going by the book.
I collected about 11.8 litres at 93%+. I can't measure it more accurately.
