Chhang recipe (Himalayan rice beer)

Tibbo yeast is similar to Chinese rice wine yeast balls.
Indian grain beers are made from rice, millet and barley using a
natural yeast and mould ferment. In Nepal it is called chhang or jand
and pachwai and handia elsewhere.
