Artichoke Bitters (Cynar type)

Since the Italian 'Cynar' bitters is popular and apparently healthy,
here is another recipe from an Italian site:
Artichoke Bitters (Amaro Al Carciofo)
450 ml white dry wine
450 ml brandy
20 artichoke leaves
1 yarrow top
Macerate ingredients in the brandy for 2 days. Add wine and macerate
for an additional 2 days. Filter and bottle. Age before drinking.
