      Hi Everyone

That's a good question, im a beginner as well and it
took me over 15 hours to finish my first distillation
at 78-80 degrees. Can i increase the temperature to
speed things up a bit without creating those dreaded
fusels ? What would be the maximum temperature i could
go to (at the top of the tower), without creating the
fusels. I use a 3 foot reflux still that produces
around 90-95 percent alcohol and its packed with
stainless steel scrubbers. I will be ready for my next
distillation on Saturday or Sunday, depending on my
brew. Any help would be appreciated !
