Be careful content of methanol from site: Methyl alcohol content maximum 1200 g/hectolitre of 100 % vol. alcohol, means about 0.5 mL/L. Too much Zoran

In Hungary they are known as Szilvapalinka (plum spirit), Almapalinka
(apple spirit) and Barackpalinka (apricot spirit).
For a description in English of how they are made see

      Click on
      Plum Spirit of Szatmari
      Bekes Plum Spirit
      Apple Spirit of Szabolcs
      Apricot Spirtit of Kecskemet

      Wal

PS Possibly Zoran Vujcic (kizcar 1) can elaborate on the Serbian
      practice?
