      I've been meaning to tell you about the Limoncello made from your
      recipe. It was ready in time for (U.S.) Thanksgiving holiday.
      You have people thinking that I can really do this hobby. Steeped at
      92% then the spirit was cut to 40% before adding sugars.

      That stuff is GREAT!
