Fall Front Range Trail Series

Challenging mountain terrain and spectacular scenery just minutes from Golden.12.7 miles, 2,500' of climbing, between 8,400'-9,500'. Run through alpine meadows, pine forests, and golden aspens during peak fall colore, with views of the continental divide. Golden Gate Canyon State Park, Gilpin County, 15mi W of Golden. $37 no, increasing to $50 on race day.If you can't run, I also need more help at this race - aid stations, course marshals, race day registration and packet pick-up. Your volunteer time counts towards Western States and other race requirements.
10/23 - Bear Creek 10-Spot. Late season trail running fun.
10.4mi on a two-loop course, mostly on single and double track, with a mix of short climbs and flat sections. Enough of a challenge for the veteran trail runner, yet a good introductory course for those wanting to venture off the roads for the first time. Great spectator viewing. Bear Creek Lake Park, Morrison. Just $2/mi now, going up to $40 on race day. A portion of the proceeds will go to Lincoln Lancers Running Club, and One World Running. We'll also be collecting shoes for OWR at the race.
As with all Runuphill Racing races, these are courses that are fun to run, extremely well marked (won't get lost guarantee), and with accurate mile markers.
