Group Description

Who was Jesus Christ? Was he a real, flesh and blood person who was crucified and rose from the dead? Was he a prophet of God? Was he the Son of God? Was he actually God? Or, was he a myth whose history was created, an imaginary person who grew to be a legend?

Or does he live even now, changing the lives of his believers? Is the Bible a trustworthy book to be used as an accurate history of Jesus?

Tell us what you think! This stimulating group will discuss all the facets of Jesus Christ, pro and con. Both Christians and non-Christians are welcome to join the discussion to talk about and learn more about Jesus Christ. Share your thoughts. Feel free to agree or disagree. We expand our knowledge by discussing and hearing other's ideas.

Join us now to discuss possibly the most important person in the past two millenia!

Rules? Be courteous and respectful of the other person's concepts. No flaming. That doesn't convince or win arguments. However, lively debate is welcome!

Please don't advertise another list on this list without getting an OK from the moderator first. Because of "join and spam" tactics used by spammers, new members will be moderated until after their first few posts. Also, please refrain from responding only in the subject line, which creates a separate thread and unnecessarily fragments the chain of conversation.

Note that copyrightable materials may be posted here, but neither Yahoo nor the list moderator(s) can warrant that such material will not be used without the permission of the copyright holder.

When posting material from other sources, please identify it as such and add a paragraph explaining why you think it may be relevant and interesting to this group.

Thanks and enjoy!
