      PRE-CONFERENCE GOLF OUTING - Wednesday, August 22

      2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Golf Outing at Half Moon Bay Golf Club
      Half Moon Bay, California

Fore!!! TDI is hosting a pre-conference golf outing on August 22, 2007 at Half Moon Bay Golf Club less than an hour away from our Conference hotel.

We have booked four foursomes to play on the Ocean Course. The first foursome tees off at 3:00 p.m. The fourth foursome should be through playing at around 8:30 p.m. (depending on how long it takes for some of us to find lost golf balls!)

The fee to play 18 holes, with an electric cart is around $90. Also, after we finish playing, we will have light dinner at the grill. This will cost us an additional $20-$25. We have been lucky to secure the twilight rates, if we tee off before 3 p.m. it would have cost us $225 each to play and ride, not counting dinner.

The shuttle bus leaves Marriott San Mateo at 1:30 p.m. and this will get us to the course no later than 2:15 p.m. After the round and dinner, we leave the Club to return to the hotel around 9:30 or 10:00 p.m.

Check the website on Half Moon Bay Golf Club at www.halfmoonbaygolf.com You will want to play this course with us, just almost as good as playing Pebble Beach!

We would appreciate if you would confirm your plans with us at TDI on or by Saturday, August 18. Please send a check of $115 to TDI, in care of Claude Stout, 8630 Fenton Street, Suite 604, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910.

Go practice at the driving range, for real adventure awaits at Half Moon Bay!

Will Barry Bonds shatter the long-standing home-run record? As part of a great American tradition, let's all go out to the ballgame and watch Bonds in action as the San Francisco Giants play against the Milwaukee Brewers at AT&T Park. Fans of this popular national pastime would want to gather in front of the Marriott Hotel, San Mateo at 6:00 pm Friday night and ride the bus to AT&T Park. Once we arrive there, you will be pleased to note that we have reserved approximately 50 seats with a good view of the action between third base and home plate. To cheer the team, join us for $50 per person - includes bus ride and game ticket. Other purchases such as refreshments or beverages is your responsibility.
