You can go as cheap as Coscto or as expensive as you want but I have heard a lot of horrible Costco table stories (breaks easily, heavy, etc.)
I did invest in a custom craftworks table in 2005 when I was still a student at De Anza. Yes, they do custom-make your table so it can be a little pricier, but note that De Anza students get a discount and I got $100 discount on mine which brought my table to about $800 in the end. I consider it a lifetime investment and am very happy with the cutom-made features I got on it (ie. breast pockets - custom craftworks I believe, is the only company that makes that feature)
As a rule of thumb, try to get a table that YOU (and others) like getting a massage on.
