Coaching to assist cyclists to increase their cycling enjoyment and realize their cycling goals.
Coaching concentrates on the endurance cyclist of all ages. Do your first or a faster 50 mile ride, 100 mile century or 200 mile double century.

>>> Cyclist preparation for endurance events of 50, 100 and 200 mile events. Preparation for endurance events like the Tour de Palm Springs 100 mile century and the Grand Tour double century
>>> Testing of Cyclist’s Power to identify highest cyclist sustainable power output over 1 minute, quantify power improvement, estimate VO2 Max, estimate Aerobic/Anaerobic Threshold, Maximum Watts and Watts per Kilogram
>>> Individual coaching to achieve the cyclist’s specific cycling targets

Darryl has been a USA Cycling Certified Coach since 1996, has completed hundreds of Centuries and 33 Double Centuries.
