      Outbound UDP 20001. The Gateway or Reflector will respond to the
      source port, so no special NAT port forwarding is required. The only
      time you need port forwarding is if you are going direct dongle to
      dongle, and your dongle is the one that's listening for a
      connection. For normal Gateway/Reflector operation, port forwarding
      is not necessary.

      This is a rather contentious issue at the moment. While it's
      technically feasible and has been done, there are a lot of policy and
      access issues to work out.
