      >QUALIFICATIONS--
      >Organizer should have:
      >-a minimum of 2 years experience in student and/or youth organizing
      >-experience with and ability to work without supervision. (The
      organizer
      >will be STARC�s only full-time paid member.)
      >-a strong commitment to making anti-racist organizing an integral part
      of
      >her/his work with STARC, and a willingness to be trained or continue
      >training in anti-racist organizing.
      >-experience designing and running strategic campaigns.
      >-good organizational and communication skills
      >-the ability to work well in both supporting and leading roles
      >-a commitment to social justice and grassroots struggles
      >Preferred:
      >-experience with anti-racist organizing and/or racial justice work.
