Welcome to DBA, Serhiy. Tell me your mailing address there in the
Ukraine, and I will mail you the DBA Rules / Army Lists. Gratis.
(Please e-mail your mailing address to PAHannah@... .)

Sorry, I don't have any advice for you on paper miniatures. (I paint
and game with 15mm metal figures.)

The 2-foot-square playing area in "mm" works out to about 610mm x
610mm. --I hope that helps you. Cheers!

      Hi Serhiy,

Try www.dbaol.com - PC based DBA. Whilst not the latest rules, playing the
games in there will give you an idea of the rules. Also, the programmers for
DBAOL are up in Byelorus I believe and a subscription lets you play lots of
games against players around the world.

In any case, without subscription, you can play games locally on your PC
      although the download is large.

Mark Segeyev at teh Paper General is working on 15mm Paper armies for DBA
      www.imagineimage.org

Also the DBA Resorce Page at www.fanaticus.org has a section on playing DBA
without miniatures including links to several pages of paper DBA armies.

One further resource to check our is the Brabantini yahoo group, devoted to
      gaming with free paper figures.

      Hope these help.
