My impression FWIW is that this is a blanket term used for any healthcare
staff not working primarily at the clinic/hospital/healthcare centre itself.
      Terenni pracovnici/personal ??

named "Rate and Rhythm Control (for field force colleagues)". It speaks
about importance of the initial treatment and compares choice of rate
control vs. rhythm control. What do they mean by field force colleagues
      here? Emergency? Thanks for suggestions,
