I agree with Martin Janda and Jaroslav Hejzlar. Note that "uroky z prodleni"
is a very specific term with a strict definition. In 2011, "uroky z prodleni" is
7.75% annually = approx 0.02% daily.
Therefore either the author of the contract does not know this and wants 0.1%
daily plus 200 Kc one-time payment, or he knows this and feels that these
"uroky z prodleni" are very small and wants "uroky z prodleni" and "0.1%" and
The contract author should have replaced the words "uroky z prodleni" with
"smluvni pokuta", then it would be a normal contract.
Czech law prohibits charging more than 7.75% annualy for "uroky z prodleni" in
the first half of 2011. "uroky z prodleni" is defined as 7% above the repo rate
of Ceska narodni banka.
